Royal Mail and DPD are our couriers of choice, depending on order size.
United Kingdom:
In the UK, orders are usually delivered in 1-2 working days once the order has been processed.
Processing time depends on a few factors, including time and day the order is placed. We are closed on weekends and public holidays, so orders will never be processed on those days. It also depends on the type of product you order, as some of them (example, spores and cultures) are made fresh.
Please allow at least 1 full working week for orders to reach you, taking into consideration all of the above, as these types of support requests can be a big time drain for our team and lead to longer waiting times for everybody.

Worldwide:
Deliveries outside of the UK are usually delivered in 5 – 15 working days. Please do not contact support regarding delivery internationally until this period has passed.
